Shipping and Delivery Policy

All products available on 3DHub Studio (3dhub.top) are strictly digital goods (3D models and textures). We do not ship any physical packages or items.

1. Delivery Method Upon successful completion of your payment, you will receive an immediate download link on the checkout page. Additionally, an automated email containing the download links for your purchased files will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

2. Shipping Fees Since all products are delivered electronically via download links, there are absolutely no shipping fees, handling charges, or taxes related to physical transport.

3. Technical Assistance If you do not receive the download email within 10 minutes of your purchase, please check your Spam or Promotions folder. For any further help or if a download link is broken, contact our support team at luxhub.store@gmail.com, and we will send you the files directly.
